Base Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Blend everything in a blender. Don’t overblend, just long enough so everything is incorporated.
- Cook like waffles. May also cook like panckages.
Variants
- Add in a 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree.
