Base Recipe#
Ingredients#
- 2 Cups Rolled oats
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 3 Medium, ripe & spotty bananas. (Or 2large)
- 3 – 5 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 2 large eggs
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Toppings (chocolate, nuts, bananas, etc)
Instructions#
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan, or line with parchment paper.
- Blend oats and baking soda until flour-like. Set aside in a bowl. Add salt/cinnamon/seasonings here.
- Blend bananas, 2 eggs, and maple syrup until combined.
- Combine wet, dry, and toppings. Avoid overmixing.
- Pour your batter into your loaf pan.
- Bake for 23 – 25 minutes, until knife/toothpick inserted comes out clean. (Most of the time it takes me around 30 minutes)
- Leave out to cool.
